Dr Lizzie Mills
Dr Lizzie Mills brings over 20 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, education, and e-learning to EL Healthcare Education. As an accomplished educator and pharmacist, Lizzie has dedicated her career to improving professional learning solutions and ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the skills they need to deliver exceptional care.
Lizzie’s leadership in developing the Pharmacist Independent Prescribing Programme at UCL and Keele University’s professional doctorate for pharmacists demonstrates her unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare education.
A Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and the Higher Education Academy, Lizzie is a recognised thought leader who has forged meaningful partnerships across academia and the healthcare sector to shape the future of CPD and revalidation.

Ellie Bates
Ellie Bates is a visionary learning technologist passionate about creating educational solutions that inspire and engage. With a background in education technology, project management, and digital pedagogy, she has designed and led numerous high-impact e-learning projects at institutions like UCL and TEDI-London. Her work has received multiple innovation awards, and she is recognised for her ability to blend cutting-edge technology with practical, learner-focused content.
Ellie plays a key role in developing our ELELearn platform, ensuring it is intuitive, user-friendly, and effective for busy healthcare professionals. Her goal is to create training experiences that not only meet regulatory requirements, such as revalidation but also inspire confidence and foster continuous improvement in healthcare practice across the four pillars of advanced practice.
